Returns and Refunds policy
Any returns need to be shipped within 30 days of receipt by return post for a size exchange or change of mind, only if the products:

Have not been used or worn.

Are not soiled or damaged, and have not absorbed odours.

Have their original tags attached.

Are returned in their original packaging.

Were not discounted or sale items.

Were not received as a prior exchange.

We highly recommend that you try our products indoors, in case you will want or have to return or exchange the item.

Customer is responsible for all shipping fees for the return and shipping of the new item(s).

We are sorry but we are unable to accept any exchanges or returns from our sales items.

Exchanges and Returns
Please kindly allow around 5 business days for your exchanges and returns to be processed once received at our warehouse.

We are more than happy to exchange an item and issue you a credit note if you had a change of mind or if the size is wrong.

Refunds
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund if you had a change of mind or the sizing is not correct. However, we are more than happy to issue you a credit note.

We can only issue a refund if the product is faulty and only after we received the return item, and the inspection process is completed.

Please note WE DO NOT REFUND ITEMS ON SALE OR DISCONTINUED ITEMS. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND OR ITEMS NOT FITTING YOUR PET.
