This website is owned and operated by Duke and Snow. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website as offered by us. This website offers visitors products that are available for purchase. By accessing or using the website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. 

 

We take no responsibility for any delivery delays that may occur due to any international customs declaration process.

Duke and Snow is not responsible in any way to pay any additional charges for international deliveries, for example, customs payments and taxes. 

We take no responsibility for any delivery delays, loss or damage caused by the courier provider. 

PRODUCT GUARANTEE 

Our products are created with high quality and durable materials. However, please be advised that they are not indestructible. We guarantee that we will not provide defective products. If you received or are experiencing any issues with our products, please kindly contact us via email hello@dukeandsnow.com . 

We ask that you examine the products prior to use. We are not responsible for any injuries or loss caused by the use and misuse of our items. 

PRODUCT SIZING

You properly read every sizing chart and measurement guidance for each product you are purchasing as sizing may vary for different items. 

If you have any doubts or confusion regarding the sizing of your dog, please email us with the neck and chest measurement of your dog and we will be more than happy to assist you. 

RETURN AND EXCHANGED ITEMS

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees for the return and shipping of the new item(s).

 

Any returns need to be shipped within 30 days of receipt by return post for a size exchange, only if the products: 

  1.  Have not been used or worn.

  2.  Are not soiled or damaged, and have not absorbed odours.

  3.  Have their original tags attached.

  4.  Are returned in their original packaging.

  5.  Were not discounted or sale items.

  6.  Were not received as a prior exchange.

Please kindly allow around 5 business days for your return to be process once received at our warehouse. 

Duke and Snow takes no responsibility for any package lost while being returned to us. Therefore, we highly recommend that the customer request a tracking number when returning an item. 

If an item does not fit or the customer had a change of mind, no refund will be provided. However, we will be able to provide a credit note once we receive an exchange request and the item is returned to us in its original state, brand new, unwashed and hair free. 

No exchanges and refunds will be provided for any sales item. 

Price adjustments or partial refunds will not be provided if you have placed an order for a full priced item and the product is on sale the following day/ week etc. 

 

In case of a faulty item, we will happily provide a credit note or a refund after the item is returned and analysed by our warehouse.
